ick-off meeting: a shared roadmap for impact

The Unveiling Potentials consortium has officially launched the project with a first transnational kick-off meeting. Partners met to confirm project objectives, coordinate responsibilities, and align on the timeline for the next months of implementation across Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and Spain.

During the meeting, the consortium reviewed the overall approach for producing practical, evidence-based resources that support HR professionals, managers and VET practitioners in building neurodiversity-inclusive workplaces and expanding career opportunities for neurodivergent adults—especially those with undiagnosed or undisclosed Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

What we agreed on

Partners agreed on the project’s operational structure, including internal collaboration routines, quality assurance steps and communication actions. Particular attention was given to ensuring that all resources will be produced in a clear, accessible format and made available in multiple languages.

What comes next

Over the coming months, the consortium will progress on:

• Research and needs mapping in each partner country, to identify current barriers and gaps in workplace inclusion.
• Development of training resources, including modular content and tools that can be reused by organisations and trainers.
• Design of a pilot mentoring model, with practical guidance and templates to support implementation.
• Ongoing dissemination, sharing milestones, events and early outputs through the website and partner channels.
